If you’ve been wondering what the ‘Experience Lounge’ looked like during the recently concluded Nokia World 2009 at Stuttgart, Germany, my good pal Rafe Blanford of All About Symbian has produced two short videos, as he goes around the show floor. You can expect to see all the newly announced Nokia products, plus a short clip of the Nokia N900’s Bounce Revolution game on part II at about the 1:55 mark.
Oh, here’s an interesting quote from Rafe regarding the Nokia N97 mini and the N900:
“Well it is a bit controversial to say this, with so many geeks listening to this, this N97 mini will out sell the N900 because it’s a more accessible device. You’ve heard it here first.”
…
“This is gonna be the device to watch, not for all the geeks because they will be playing with their N900s…”
Part I:
Part II:

Wow, I really managed to mangle my English in that second extract
To put this in context I had been surrounded by people who thought the N900 would outsell the N97 Mini, isI probably over played the comment. On reflection it is really quite obvious that the N97 Mini will outsell the N900. Thanks for including the videos Reggie.
Sorry Rafe, I fixed it up a bit.
You did great with the videos btw! I do agree that the N97 mini will outsell the N900 — I guess Nokia already knows that. Something for everyone right?
Anyone thinks that N900 will outsell any of the current phone in the market is either thinking brave or not thinking straight. It’s a niche device, not to say it is geeky (being tech conscious is getting more and more hipped these days =P).
It’s like years ago claiming 3660 will 3310 (I know they are not the same time frame, I just trying to show the gap in technologies).
What the features in 3660 is now almost a standard specification in every phones by now.
N900 is the future how phones shall evolve into, nearing itself to a mobile computer, not mini computer (the windows mobile approach, where they crunched desktop experience in a smaller form factor without considering the UI experience in mobile form factor.)
